Mandatory New Licensee General Module

Why take this course?

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission has mandated that all salespersons complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2014-2016 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed on or after December 1, 2013. While these courses are required for those newly licensed, any agent may benefit and receive continuing education credits for these courses.

The General Module focuses on protection of the buyer and seller client as well as ways to develop professional business strategies to maximize professional development.
