Mandatory New Licensee Residential Module

Why take this course?

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission has mandated that all salespersons complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2014-2016 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed on or after December 1, 2013. While these courses are required for those newly licensed, any agent may benefit and receive continuing education credits for these courses.

The Residential Module focuses on topics such as the Uniform Construction Code and zoning, land development and environmental issues. Home inspections and warranties as well as mortgage information will also be discussed. The class will feature information on fair housing regulations as well as issues surrounding the agreement of sale.

NOTE: This course is a part of the Golden Ticket program. The Golden Ticket is available to primary and secondary members of the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® (GLVR).

Purchase the Golden Ticket, Track A -- this track includes the Mandatory New Licensee General Module and Mandatory New Licensee Residential Module -- for $89.00. In all, the courses will equal 14 hours of continuing education.
