Relevant and Interesting I have taken previous courses on the topic of rules and regulations where the instructor just read through the regulations, gave some examples and asked some questions. With his knowledge, manner of presentation and
humor, Ernest Nemeth made this course very relevant and interesting!
HIGHLY Recommend the Pre-Licensing Package I was very pleased with Ernest Nemeth's knowledge, and I feel he did a great job of preparing me to pass the exam. I highly recommend him as an instructor for the Pre-Licensing Package!
Enhanced my skills Ernest was a pleasure to listen to. He was patient, attentive to our concerns, and made us laugh. Intelligently pricing properties is such an important aspect of our job as Realtors. This course has enhanced my skills in that department. I feel 10 times more confident creating a CMA for buyers or sellers. Great course! Highly recommended! – Sara Viteri
