Why take this course?

All newly licensed salespersons must complete the mandatory new license general and residential or commercial modules in their first renewal cycle. This applies to those licensed on or after December 1 in the odd numbered year preceding their first renewal year.

The Residential Module focuses on topics such as the Uniform Construction Code and zoning, land development and environmental issues. Home inspections and warranties as well as mortgage information will also be discussed. The class will feature information on fair housing regulations as well as issues surrounding the agreement of sale.
