The real estate market is slowly changing. As days on market begin to grow, so do consumer’s frustrations. Negotiating the interaction between buyer and seller becomes a critical skill for real estate licensees. In this course students will evaluate market conditions, learn how to manage your buyer’s expectations and discover the best use of standard forms from a buyer and seller perspective, with focus on the new NAR regulations.

· Identify how market conditions change across price range, municipalities and more
· Evaluate changing conditions from a buyer and seller perspective
· Explain these conditions to clients with an emphasis on buyer’s concerns
