Lehigh Valley's Established Homes and Developments

3.5 CE Credits

Why take this course?

This course will provide an overview of the development and evolution of housing, zoning, and growth in the Lehigh Valley, from the days of farming to the rise of warehouses and corporate centers. Topics will include the move from rural housing into company-built housing and then the suburbs, post-war use of FHA and VA loans, and how local society has changed as our housing has evolved.
