Continuing Education

Pennsylvania Rules and Regulations (Mandatory CE)

3.5 CE Credits

Why take this course?

For the 2016-2018 license renewal, the Pa. Real Estate Commission made it mandatory that all licensees, excluding those who are new agents and required to take the Mandatory New Licensee courses, will be required to take a minimum of 3 hours of continuing education on Pa. Rules and Regulations.

In this class, students will refresh and reinforce their understanding of Pa. license laws to ensure clients and customers are treated with a high level of competence and professionalism. Students will review the enforcement authority given to the Real Estate Commission to protect the public with disciplinary procedures and remedies for violations, and will also gain an understanding of acceptable standards of conduct and practices for licensees.

NOTE: For the 2016-2018 license renewal period, the Pa. Real Estate Commission has mandated that licensees have a minimum of 3 hours in Rules and Regulations towards their 14 continuing education credits. This requirement excludes those who were licensed after December 1, 2015.

Relevant and Interesting I have taken previous courses on the topic of rules and regulations where the instructor just read through the regulations, gave some examples and asked some questions. With his knowledge, manner of presentation and
humor, Ernest Nemeth made this course very relevant and interesting!
