Jonathan Coles headshot

Jonathan Coles received his real estate license in 2006 and his broker’s license in 2012. He is the son of Gary and Deborah Coles, brokers of their family firm New Pennsylvania Realty. Over the course of his real estate career, he achieved the designations of Certified Residential Broker/Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and e-PRO. Jonathan is a graduate of the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University and has a minor in Information Sciences & Technology.
 
He is a member of the Schuylkill County Board of REALTORS® and currently serves as president of the Board. He has served on many committees at the Schuylkill Board, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
 
Jonathan specializes in the sale of unique residential homes, farms, country estates, and historic properties. He frequently visits many historic sites including Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia. Jonathan is a member of the SAR, Sons of the American Revolution. He is the direct decent of two Revolutionary War combat veterans.
 
He is a Certified Level I Instructor with the American Association of Snowboard Instructors and a Certified Level I Instructor with the Professional Ski Instructors of America. In the winter, he teaches skiing and snowboarding part time at Blue Mountain Resort.
