Buddy West has been successfully selling real estate since 1984 throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. He was selected as one of Howard Brinton’s Star Power Stars in 1997, an honor that fewer than 350 agents nationwide have received. As President of Buddy West Seminars, Buddy has trained thousands of Realtors®. Dedicated to continuing education, Buddy has earned the ABR, ABRM, CDPE, CRS, GRI, SRES, and MilRES designations. He has developed class curriculum for, “Fair Housing & Ethics for his Association, First Time Home-buyers, Investor and Senior seminars.” Buddy began presenting public seminars and teaching for the New Castle County Board of Realtors in Delaware in 1986. Since then, he has spoken at several NAR Conventions, franchise conferences, state conventions and other independent Realtor® gatherings and conferences in 48 states including the first two NAGLREP conferences. Buddy Co-Authored, “Targeting the Over 55 Client,” & co-developed the Senior Real Estate Specialist, (SRES) Course. He is the CEO and Founder of the Military Residential Specialist, (MilRES®) Certification. As President, Buddy is dedicated to teaching Realtors and Mortgage Originators how to better serve our military clients and their families.
