Chris Rader is an Associate Broker. She has served on many professional boards and is currently a Director for the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® (GLVR) and previously served as a Director for six years. Chris currently serves on GLVR’s Diversity and Community Involvement Committee and Education Committee. She previously served on the Grievance Committee and a couple of Task Forces and was an instructor for New Member Orientation, in addition to NAR’s REALTOR® Safety class. Chris was a Director on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® Board of Directors for 7 years and served on the Diversity Committee and Standard Forms Feedback Panel.

At the Greater Lehigh Valley Real Estate Academy, Chris teaches Pre-Licensing classes in the evening as well as the Exam Prep class. She is a certified instructor for the following certification and designation courses: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), At Home with Diversity (AWHD), Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), The Real Estate Professional Assistant Certification, and Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR). She is also a certified instructor for contract classes, The Right Start Program, Fair Housing, and the NAR Code of Ethics & Consumer Notice class.

Chris has volunteered for many community organizations throughout the years and is heavily involved with Valor Clinic Foundation, whose mission it is to help homeless veterans.

Chris is an Armed Forces veteran and enjoys the outdoors, traveling, hiking, camping, golf, gardening, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
