Ernest M. Nemeth has 30 years of real estate sales and appraisal experience, having earned his salesperson license in 1984 and his broker license in 1987. He has been a real estate instructor, teaching pre-licensing and continuing education courses, since 2004.
Ernest has worked for Flagstone Valuations, LLC, where he focused on residential and commercial real estate appraisals in addition to small business valuations. He also worked for Weichert Realtors® in Bethlehem, where he focused on residential and commercial real estate sales.
Ernest’s designations include:
- Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
- Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
- Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)
- Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
- Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
Ernest is a graduate of Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics. He earned a bachelor degree in marketing. He also has completed 21 post-graduate courses in education and business from Moravian College and DeSales University.
