Having a local classroom experience far outweighs the online alternatives. I learned from the contributions of others in how they dealt with some of the ethical issues addressed in the NAR Code of Ethics & Consumer Notice course.

This training was extremely important and beneficial, especially for newer agents. Lesser experienced agents cannot hear these concepts enough in order to absorb the extensive insight needed to be an effective, ethical agent as well as to protect oneself. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and thorough and was able to illustrate many concepts with real life experiences which are important in reiterating issues that truly can and in some instances will happen.
