In order to practice real estate in the state of Pennsylvania, you must complete two prescribed courses — Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice — before you sit for the exam.
We have developed our pre-licensing program with your success in mind. The program includes everything you need to pass the licensing exam — the first time!
Requirements for taking the Real Estate Licensing Exam:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
- Must pass both Real Estate Fundamentals (30 Hours) and Real Estate Practice (45 Hours), with a final grade of 75 or better for each course
- Must complete an exam application through PSI Exams (www.psiexams.com), submit your transcripts, and pay a $49 examination fee
PLEASE NOTE: To obtain a real estate license, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires a criminal background check.
