Kathy’s journey into real estate began in 2014, but her passion for homes and helping others took root long before that. With a solid background as her office’s REO Manager, she launched her career with a deep understanding of Bank-Owned Foreclosures. Before stepping into real estate, Kathy earned an associate degree in Architectural Drafting and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force’s Civil Engineering Squadron, where she put her technical skills to work.
After completing her honorable service, Kathy juggled the rewarding challenges of raising her son while pursuing a dynamic professional life. It was during this time that she discovered her true calling—guiding people through one of life’s biggest decisions: buying or selling a home.
Today, Kathy is more than a real estate professional—she’s a mentor and motivator. As a Coldwell Banker-certified STAR Trainer and licensed Real Estate Instructor, she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and empowering both clients and fellow agents. Nothing brings her more joy than helping friends and families turn their homeownership dreams into reality.
Proudly rooted in Easton, Kathy brings warmth, dedication, and a touch of fun to everything she does. When she’s not helping others find their perfect home, you’ll find her keeping up with her two lively grandchildren—and loving every second of it.
