Lawrence Transue has been inspecting homes in the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, and New Jersey since 1996. He is a New Jersey licensed home inspector and is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania for radon testing. In addition, Lawrence is a licensed pesticide applicator in Pennsylvania, performs energy audits, blower door tests, and is certified as a RESNET Home Energy Rater. Lawrence has two Building Performance Institute (BPI) certifications.

Lawrence was a founding member of the Pennsylvania Home Inspectors Coalition (PHIC). He served as president of the Pocono-Lehigh American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) for years.

Lawrence was born in Easton where he and his family reside today. He enjoys sports, fishing, and serves on the property committee at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Easton.
