This course is an introduction to commercial real estate for agents interested in making a change to their practice area or just becoming more comfortable with commercial transactions. The class helps real estate professionals distinguish between the different types of commercial properties, terms, valuation methods, marketing, and resources for further education. This course also explains the business and introduces many of the resources needed to pursue a commercial transaction or a career in commercial real estate.
