Fair housing is a critically important topic for real estate professionals today. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has increased their fair housing enforcement efforts to ensure equal professional services to all real estate consumers. Recent fair housing studies in Pennsylvania have identified that steering, different levels of service, inappropriate comments and other forms of disparate treatment have occurred. This course will prepare real estate professionals to become more knowledgeable about compliance with fair housing laws as well as establish and follow business practices that offer equal professional services to all consumers.
