Join a subject matter expert attorney from Norris McLaughlin for lunch each month for insight into common legal issues found in the practice of real estate, moderated by Richard Somach, Esq.  The eight-session course will cover:

• Immigration and property purchases/ownership (including financing)
• Fair housing (this module will fulfill the PA mandatory course requirement for fair housing for the 2024-2026 license renewal cycle as well as the 2025-2027 NAR fair housing training requirement.)
• Working with LLCs and other business entities
• Municipal law topics such as zoning and short-term rental ordinances
• Mastering the Agreement of Sale and agency issues (this module will fulfill the PA mandatory course requirement for agency for the 2024-2026 license renewal cycle)
• Estate sales and elder law concerns
• Tax & Sheriff sales
• Solar panels/ring cameras/drones and other tech issues

All eight modules must be attended to receive credit and lunch will be served.
