Real Estate Investment is one of eight courses developed by the Pa. Real Estate Commission to fulfill the 6 credit elective requirements needed to qualify for a Broker’s license. It also fulfills 30 hours of continuing education.

Real Estate Investment will provide you with the knowledge and tools that will allow you and your clients to become successful real estate investors.
