Real Estate Sales covers both basic and advanced techniques in real estate sales, including creating a multi-faceted prospecting systems which includes spheres of influence, expanded networks, farms, FSBO and expired listings as well as how to harness unexpected opportunities; listing and selling skills which include qualifying seller and buyer prospects, offering listing presentations, counseling on price, meeting seller and buyer challenges; and ensuring sellers and buyers receive proper service and attention.

Real Estate Sales is one of eight courses developed by the PA Real Estate Commission to fulfill the 6 credit elective requirement to qualify for a Broker’s license and also provides continuing education credits.
