Residential Property Management provides a thorough understanding of the property management profession with practical discussion which explores identifying and qualifying tenants; developing an effective property management system; lease contracts and negotiations; owner and tenant relations, reporting requirements; maintenance, accounting, administrative, and legal activities; as well as federal and state laws and regulations regarding civil rights, fair housing, ADA issues, and environmental concerns.

Real Estate Property Management is one of eight courses developed by the PA Real Estate Commission to fulfill the 6 credit elective requirement to qualify for a Broker’s license.
