Why take this course?
Selling New Construction will cover the process of selling residential new construction and will provide a foundation for the successful representation and protection of the consumer.
The instructor will:
- Denote the differences in the sale of new residential construction vs. the residential resale process.
- Inform the licensee on how development evolved and why these factors are important to the consumer.
- Help the licensee identify issues and develop strategies to support their legal and ethical duties.
- Outline the elements needed in the agreement of sale on new construction in order to successfully represent and protect the consumer.
All handouts are included. There is no required text.
