The Big Six: PAR Standard Form Changes

The terms of the NAR settlement have impacted the language in 20 of the PAR standard forms many Realtors use. Six of these forms have been highlighted by PAR as having major changes made (and in one case, a totally new form). In this course, these six forms will be reviewed and the changes will be highlighted along with practical information as to how to communicate these changes to your clients (there’s a form for that!).
